Generalized plane strain

In 2D problems, the condition of a generalized (nonzero) plane strain can be prescribed, i.e., a unit elongation in the direction perpendicular to the solution plane, $\varepsilon_z=\varepsilon_{z0}=\text{const}$. This requires that the processing of the mesh be carried out with the key $\mathtt{KSS}=1$ in the name.i1 file. A generalized plane strain must be prescribed in the first load case and applies to all load cases.

In the name.i2 file, the generalized plane strain is assigned to the entire body:

AS 1 /$\dots$ /R $R_m$ $T_o$ $T_w$ $\varepsilon_{z0}$ /$\dots$

where the meaning of $R_m$ is explained in Centrifugal force, and the meaning of $T_o$ and $T_w$ is explained in Constant temperature difference.
