| $\mathtt{KREST}$ | The restart key. | |

| $=1$ | assemble element stiffness matrices and right-hand side vectors for all load cases | |
| $=2$ | assemble right-hand side vectors for additional load cases only | |
| $\mathtt{PENAL}$ | The penalty value valid for all connector elements. The default value is $\approx10^{10}$ (it is set automatically according to the local stiffness). | |
Note
The prerequisites for using $\mathtt{KREST}=2$ are:
i) the element stiffness matrices have already been assembled, i.e., the program has run at least once with $\mathtt{KREST}=1,$
ii) the additional load cases have already been processed by the program RPD2/3 with $\mathtt{KREST}=2.$
