Note
The prerequisites for using $\mathtt{KREST}=2$ are:
i) the elements’ stiffness matrices have already been calculated, i.e., the program has run at least once with $\mathtt{KREST}=1,$
ii) the additionally entered load cases have already been processed with $\mathtt{KREST}=2.$
